Help!! Fuel everywhere...

Love my '95 Power Stroke, but this a.m. I cranked it up and while it was warming up I smelled fuel, lots of it. It was pouring out the bottom of the truck. Turned it off, raised the hood and there was fuel pooled up on top of the motor. What happened? Any ideas will be helpful and appreciated.

one of the little hoses between the fuelbowl and the lift pump gone bad?

Probably fuel pump crapped out. I would remove the fuel canister that holds the filter check the hoses on the bottom. they maybe rotten. If it is the fuel pump I hear they are a chore to replace on a 95 but maybe I am wrong. There are some great posts on here for replacing fuel pumps.
