Has any one else run into the front brake bleeder screws on the front calipers rusted shut. I mean rusted inside the hole that the fluid is supposed to run out of. Talk about a silly way to have those, facing up.
I did end up getting then off, and somewhat cleaned to be able to bleed the brakes, but was wondering if there is anything that you guys use to cover the holes up to prevent crud from getting in there again, and hopefully stopping it from happening for next time.

You may very well may need a SCAN TOOL to bleed the brakes correctly if your truck has ABS brakes.
Ya I remember reading that post a lil while ago. It was more of a flush of the fluid that I could get to in the bowl and the lines. Hit a dirt road after and made sure that I got the abs working, and all seems good.
Our local napa didn't have anything to use as covers, so I ended up using some shrink tubing. Bending and shrinking over one end and shrinking onto bleader valves. Good to go till next time. Thanks Monsta, you !!
did my flush using the MOTIVE brake bleeder. WOW was it nasty. i thought that i was gonna run into the stuck bleeders. mine turned very easily though. i guess i got lucky.
