starting

Why is my truck turning over more than normal before starting?

Need more info can you elaborate more. What year truck. How many miles crank time is it only in the mornings when cold or hot. Maintance history. These are all things you should include in post

2003, 325,000 miles, I do my owe maint. Seems to turn over longer than it use to all the time

have you checked the batteries to make sure they have a good charge. that is a lot of miles so I would assume that you do have a good maint record.

If it's happenning only when the engine is cold you might check the glow plugs and the glow plug control module.

Have you checked for fuel delivery issues, partially plugged filters, etc.?
