91 explorer will not start

It will not start. I have replaced the starter, starter silinod???, and the batter is fine. Turn the key and all i get is one click sound, the sound of a dead battery but it's not my battery, i changed batteries. I even jump the silenod on the inside panel on passengers side and i get the same noise. I am able to push start it, but nothing by using the key. What else can it be. I Just replaced fuel filter and o2 sensor as well. I know those two have nothing to do with this problem, just wanted to give you all the info on what i have done... PLEASE HELP I AM OUT OF IDEAS AND DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP, TOO MUCH MONEY INVOLVED THERE. Spent enough already on all those parts.

By push starting it, I take it that its a manual. I don't know, just trying to throw ideas out, but is there any type of clutch sensor that runs to the ignition? Some type of sensor that would not be picking up that the clutch is engaged?

i have checked the switch that runs to the clutch and that is fine, i even tried jumping the silnoid and get the same result nothing. I had the starter tested last night at my local auto parts store and it tested fine, but its not under a load there, but place a load on it like a flywheel, maybe it doesn't have enough torque to crank the fly wheel, i have no clue, i am now guessing as what could be wrong. If you have any other ideas please let me know.

Maybe the wiring harness to the starter and silenoid?!?! Break in the wiring somewhere?

On a '91 one other thing that may have been overlooked and should be checked are the power cables. Not just those connected to the battery, but all the way down to the starter. While you are at it ensure that the ground cables are solid, clean and firmly attached to a clean chassis connector. Be sure the engine ground cable to the chassis is also solidly connected. New cables do not cost much and are easily replaced.
