ya, i dont remember why i didnt bring it the first time. im always tearing it down and doing something on it. shes almost done now. gonna install a different turbo, then build a ladder bar, install the new gears and im ready for paint
makes me miss my cc 4x4 idi. had it in highschool and sold it for a ******* reason. heres a pic. as you can see it was a whole lot nicer then my current idi and it ran awesome too, unlike my current one that has me completely stumped as to what could possibly be wrong with it
not bad man, thats the same thing (minus the stripe) that my truck started out as. 4" lift and a 90 front clip. started puttin her up in the air from there, updated the front end, new interior ect. just put a lotta time into her. too bad you sold it man, that would have been a great start.
that truck was in beautiful shape bro. ran perfect with only 104,000 on it and an ats turbo. my dad had sold it to me for 150 dollars all the money i had at the time and even the interior looked new. but being a kid i wanted to try the honda thing so i sold it for 2000. took me about 4 days to figure out i completely hated tuners and everything that came with them. i still kick myself in the a$$ to this day for letting it go
I got my money's worth out of the truck years ago! I love this truck. I've rebuilt two houses and all the landscaping with it. Lots of hard hard work. Thousands of short trips. I even ran a lawn mowing business with this truck for a lot of years. Very little spent in repairs, only preventive maintenance costs.
Here's her before her 10 hour tow, nothing to special or difficult.
To bad I haven't photographed the dozen's of ridiculous loads, should have a good asphalt load coming up this week.
Also before my new bumper.
