Oxidized clear coat

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 03-Dec-02 AT 11:12 AM (EST)]My wife's Mazda has some oxidation, cloudiness, hazing to the clear coat. The paint is fine. What is the best way to clean this up short of repainting? It's a dark green paint, if that matters.

Also, her headlights are yellowing. They're the plastic kind.

Any way to clean these up?

Oxidized clear coat

Treat the paint with a Claybar. That will remove the oxidation, and any other contaminants on the clearcoat. Then polish and wax. I like the Mothers claybar, but the others are good too.
