73-79 rotor/hub interchangeable?

73-79 rotor/hub interchangeable?
I put new front pads on my 73 F100 today rear shoes are still pretty good. The previous owner used it so much with wore out pads that the rotor on the driverside is ate up on the inside. I have a 79 parts truck with good rotors. I was wondering if the rotor/hub assembely off the 79 F150 was the same as the 73 F100. Both are two-wheel drive. I know this is a noob question but I havent ever took the time to notice if they were the same or not. Thanks.

Ok thanks, I was hoping it would be. You may remember a while back I was trying to sell this truck. Two-tone green 1973 F100. Well nobody wanted to give me what she was worth so im fixin her up and gonna drive it
. Do you know where I can get mixture screws for the carb? It has the factory motorcraft carb. It has been overhauled but smokes from to much fuel, Im hoping the problem is the one mixture screw that is badly bent.
