is there any way to convert back to cup and cone bearings on the 2004 F150 ? I have the model using the rotor-hub combo. 96,000 miles and have had to replace both. Now,, one of the replacements is roaring. I've driven cup and cone for 175, 000 and only repacked them once..... I hate these pressed in bearing assemblies.

 

My stock hubs in the Jeep are doing it after 110,000. I have hubs here that come with a 2 year warranty on them.If if you need any help just shoot me a PM or buzz me in the office.

 

I did a quick search, and there are no conversion kits available for the F150. The only kits I am aware of are only available for straight axles. Those kits are in the neighborhood of $2000 anyway, and you can buy a lot of unit bearing assemblies for that kind of coin.
