Help!!!

I have a 2005 Ford F150, It has a 6 inch pro comp suspension lift, as well as a 3 inch pro comp body life, I have 37 inch BF goodrich A/T's on it. Now the problem I'm having is after 110 plus thousand kms, my front end is sagging badly, My tires are toed out and alignments don't help. Now I love my truck and trucks in general but i know nothing about mechanics. What is the best way to rectify this problem?

Sounds as though the front coils have lost some tension.
This might require a new set of coils.

I agree with 75F350. Replace the coils. Itll give the truck a lift.

the only thing in the front end that would cause it to sag like like this is the springs. i dont think bushings and stuff make that much of a visible difference unless a wheel falls off. which for some reason i've seen four of this summer and none before that.
