Been a long time since I saw one but......... I seem to recall they are overhead cams so yes they are adjustable........ but then again my rememberer isn't what it use to be so your results may vary

If it is a narrow angle V6 (60 deg instead of 90) and only has two exhaust ports for the 3 cylinders on each head (IIRC), it's likely the early German V6. They used them in Mustang II's and Pintos, I believe. Pull a valve cover gasket, it will be obvious if they are adjustable. These engines were known for noisy lifters, listen to a Bronco II sometime.
