Front end clicking

Front end clicking
Hey guys I've been hearing this clicking sound coming from the front end sounds like the wheels and it gets worse when I'm turning but going staight it goes away any idea of what it could be ? Maybe wheel bearings?

Make sure front diff is unlocked, and free wheeling. Other than that it could be bearings. Yes you have to replace the whole Unit bearing, if found bad, but its really not that hard of a job.

Alright I'll make sure the hubs are open I just got my balljoints replaced and the shop said my wheel bearings are good but I also get a loud wizzing sound sometimes if I accelerate to quickly and I have to stop to make it go away...... Is there anyway to check wheel bearings? Also is there a write up on replacing them?
