Battery Light In Dash
I have a 1999 F-250 7.3 Power Stroke. The battery light in the dash is staying on. Unplug wires on alternator and light goes out, plug it back in and light stays on. The gauge on the dash still shows alternator to be charging. Is the alternator starting to go bad????????? Thanks

Batteries are only 2 or 3 years old. I going to pull the alternator in the morning. Thanks
