V6 Idles Jumpy, Any Thoughts?

There's about 12,000 miles on my 2008 V6. It always idles a little rough from day one, like some mild jumping, especially when stopped in drive like at a red light. I had the dealer check it twice earlier on and they said it's normal no codes or any troubles to fix. So recently it's more pronounced, making me think of changing out the plugs and seeing what happens, I thought it was a bad plug or maybe one injector acting up?? My son's truck, same engine runs nice and smooth. Any one else have this problem, and what did you do. Thanks!

Thanks Blue, good idea, I just have to go and get the Chiltons book a Autozone. I still might change the plugs too just to shut my mind up. After the filter and plugs at least I can go back to Ford and get them to keep checkin' something else if need be.
