My 06 F-350 4x4 41,000 started to have a slight squeel. It happens when slowly creeping forward. It's coming from one of the front tires. It's not a constant sound but like a certain spot it makes it. If I step on the brakes lighty it stops while rolling forward. It doesn't do it backwards. I jacked up the front end and rotated each tire. This was fun... I have torn rotor cuff in sling with half working 1 ton floor jack. No sound could be heard from ether. I dropped it and went back out to the street. It made it again. I backed up quick and hit the brakes hard. a couple of times. I don't know why but i did. I rolled forward again and it stopped. After a few tries it still didn't do it. There is no grinding sound and I can't feel any scoring on the discs. I have the truck for about 4000 miles so no brake work was from me. I did a search but could not find a similar problem.
I recently have experienced this on my 06 with 68k but at about 40 mph. It first started after heavy braking down some steep roadways. It has only done it 2 or 3 times since the last 2k or so miles. It seems to occur from the front drivers side. I have not yet investigated it as i have not had any brake work done to the front yet but will before the winter months arrive. My guess is it could possibly be the brake caliper slide pins holding the caliper up slightly. I have noticed the couple of times it has happened was shortly after heavy braking. I had a past problem with the driver rear caliper but it didn't squeal so this could be just a guess.

I know when I first turn the let wheel off the ground, it did not turn that free until a couple of back and forths with it.
Do you have to take apart the whole brake to check the pins or is a simple fix?
