I have the same as Neal but I took it off. The adrenaline HPOP I bought said to take it off because the pump equalizes the two sides. Its laying in the back of the pickup collecting dirt.

Hmm... might be interested in obtaining that from you if you won't be using it. It will work on a '95?
The website said '97 and up for it...
aaron and falcon, I'll sell it but want to fair about it. aaron sent a pm first but falcon, its your tread. I'll take half for it, and also my mistake above. Its a little different then the 99 HPX. Just go to that same web site and on the left click on our year of truck. Its bend a little different then the 99. Mine has the screw in ends, complete. I don't want to **** any body off so I just thought I would post this.

Thanks for the reply. It was Falcon's thread, and therefore his call. I intend to have one made with the lines that came with my 17 degree HPOP. I have been looking at the Adrenaline pumps and am very intrigued. The 17 degree made a big difference in the way my truck runs.
I've seen several people list it in their mods and don't know what it is...
Here is another explanation for you besides that that in the link posted by Neal.
This hose is used to bridge the 2 high pressure oil rails in the heads that feed the injectors on the 7.3L Powerstroke.
The installation of this hose will typically smooth out rough idles as the ICP can now sense the pressure in both heads, quiet the engine, as well as provide improved oil flow to the injectors. This kit is intended for installation on a power stroke engine to ensure that the high-pressure oil rails receive the same amount of high-pressure oil from the high-pressure oil pump. The result of installing this kit includes, but is not limited to, a quieter running engine, smoother idle, and more responsive throttle. This kit is recommended to all power stroke owners from model year 1994 through and including the 2002 model year.
This kit will NOT eliminate what is commonly called “cackle” or “idle knock”. One side effect of this kit after installation is that the engine runs quieter. This allows you to hear other potential problems in your engine that were previously covered up by engine noise.
