i just put a new clutch cylinder, line and slave cylinder(EXTERNAL) on my 93 duaLLY 4X4 WITH A 460 5 SPEED nad for the lift of me, cant get the pedal to work like it did 3 days ago before the line rusted out.
My truck uses the 351 style clutch cylinder and a 460 slave.
I did get the slave to purge air out once, but now all it does it spit fluid out and the pedal stick sticks to the floor with no resistance. Could the master cylinder be bad?
The only way for fliud to drain out of the master is taking the rubber diaphram out and letting it drain down the line, but if i try it with the diaphram in and pump it, it wont drain out the bottom to the line.
