Those are Trail Ready bumpers, bead lock tires and sliders. Not sure if they still make the last two or not. http://www.trailready.com/bumpers/ford_superduty.html

I think it is a package they offer on ford over seas to many lawyers and dumb asses in this country
Google "Ford Severe Off Road Package"
Mainly they add snorkel, skid plates , heavy bumpers, bigger tires and maybe a lift kit but the really cool thinkg is the Ranger comes with a diesal in it
