On an 86 F150 2WD the biggest tire you can fit is a 31x10.5 right? With an 8in wide wheel. Cause I measured it out with the stock 235/75/15 and it seems like it will rub at full lock.
I dont think those 31's will fit when the truck is loaded, but I could be wrong. I was looking at some, but it's seems like a waist if you cant load your truck up anymore

It won't rub if you back out the stops a little on the knuckle.
You will lose a little turning radius though.
You can also fit up to about a 35" tire on a stock F150 if you use one of these:
I have an 85 2WD styleside that had 31's on it when I bout it in Oct 08, but I put 33x1250x15 on it in Nov 08 and the only rub is on the radius arms, and that is so lightly you cant tell either from vibration or tire wear.
