Bent / Tweaked frame?

Here's the story....last year, the right rear tire blew out on the freeway and I was hauling my 2000 lb. cabover camper. The truck was leaning at a fairly steep angle. Fast forward...new set of Uniroyal tires and front end alignment. Since then, I have a hard time keeping the truck running straight in my lane at freeway speeds, I have to constantly correct. I could not see anything unusual with the frame...hope thats not the case, it's a nice truck.

Did the truck work OK before changing the tires? If the problem started after the new tires/alignment job then you can start troubleshooting from that point.

This sounds like an alignment problem.
