On the 3V engines the plugs seize in the head, and the 2V's can shoot out a plug with warning. I found a clip on u tube about how to remove the plugs on a 3V. There are also tools to remove the broken part. Between the spark plug problems and exhaust manifold bolts breaking and rusting these engines can be costly to repair.
