oil drain plug torque?

oil drain plug torque?
sorry if this is posted in the wrong area.
my boss owns 7 different ford deisel trucks, all diffrent year, models, and sizes.
a few have been dripping oil from<what seems to be the oil drain plug, and i've been asked to research and find torque values for 7.3, 6.0, and 6.4
"snug", "tight", "just past tight" wont do for this guy, so any help is appreciated

Welcome to FTE! I would point you in the direction of the owner's manual for the trucks. You can view them at http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdi...&menuIndex1=17. Do you change the drain plug gasket when the oil gets changed? That may be the issue if the plug is leaking.
