ok rephrase the question please. Am I correct in saying you replaced the lift pump and you are asking why you still have zero pressure?

He says he fitted a new lift pump but still has no fuel pressure but the truck will run on starting fluid.
I would check the fuel line back to the tank for leaks and also double check the lift pump installation.

I agree. Read in a previous thread that Dave responded to it ask if the arm of the pump was straight or bent at a 90 degrees. If it is straight there are special instructions to avoid engine damage and ensure proper installation to work properly.

It could be that you haven't gotten all the air out of the system yet too. Remove your Fuel filter and see if there is any fuel in it. If not try filling it with some fuel and reinstalling and try again. If it continues to stall or not run get a buddy to hold down the valve core on the air bleed schrader valve on the fuel filter housing and spin the engine over until you get fuel coming out. Don't forget to only spin for 20 seconds at a time and give it a two minute rest so as to not burn your starter up. If all that fails let us know. How much fuel is in the tanks?

As double_zero asked, are you getting any fuel at the fuel filter valve?

Or is this a complete fuel pressure loss and no fuel reaching the engine bay at all?

How much fuel in the tank?

Are you getting any fuel to the lift pump?

Is the stock water seperator still hooked up?

Have you tried running the truck out of a bucket of fuel fed directly into the lift pump? that would verify that the lift pump and injector pump are both working.

Are both tanks full? If one is empty, then a stuck selector valve could cause this.

Something tells me that fuel is not making it to the lift pump as well.

Bad sending unit, hole in the supply line or the FTSV not working correctly.

I remember you posting wiring problems, did you get that fixed?
