I tried a move, but it gave me lip. So I'll tell you what I know. Enamel is typically a single coat paint, or that's how the paint shop I used felt about it. Just because of this thread, I looked at a paint shops job listings and they used polyurethane as the high end paint. But their high end service was only $500.
