hav24wheel, i just checked out your supermotors page, thats the first time i've seen your truck, and i dig it.i know yours is a 78 frame, but i've been wanting to put a 4door cab on my 94 with a short flat/utility bed like you got. nice to see some pics and get some ideas. got one kid and one on the way, if i put a four door cab on mine, theres a better chance of me keeping the truck for "future family camping". my wife doesn't want me to sell it but she likes to point out that it is pretty useless to us.

yeah i figured if i could find a complete truck in a scrapyard i could probably take a measurement, torch the rear cab mounts of the frame and drill some holes on my frame and be done pretty quick

I do know the arch of the frame is different, as it goes up sooner for the shorter cabs..

i got a(don't tell anybody) 3in. body lift, so it shouldn't be an issue. every 4x4 i've owned has had one, not installed by me. never had an issue yet

If I'm wrong so often, why the **** don't you guys point it out more often?! I have no problem being wrong, life would be no fun if I knew everything. I did go back and hit the "view actual size" button on those two pics, and yep, you can see the lack of radius arms. When I first saw the pics I thought it looked about the hight of a stock 1/2 ton rig, but, as you pointed out, its not. And I'm sure I haven't used the "BB card" near as much as people have offered to send u a razor for ur GF...... But hey, I still think it looks like there is something wrong with the front of that pickup. But fine, no more "blaming it on the BB" for me.

remember the retarded kid in highschool, sure you wanted to laugh and point him out, but you didnt because it would be wrong,

and on the gf i have recently gone so far as offering to pay for laser hair removal, which by the way she is possibly going to take me up on

Glad to hear the good news on the gf, but as for not pointing out the retard in hs, well let's just say, I do stuff, and than think about if its right or wrong later. Usually when its too late. But hey, I'm a a55hole. I'll be the first to admit it.
