P0046 Please Help
I have a 2003 F350 with a P0046 followed published diag. points to PCM failure. Plugged test light into 2 terminals at VGT actuator commanded to turbo to 90% test light does not light. Have power at terminal #1. Control circuit wiring (terminal 2) to PCM .3 ohms (good) replaced PCM still not functioning. Both PCM's have current updates.
Performed EGR self test MAP is out of range (12.56) durnig test 1. Is MAP out of range due to no boost or no boost due to to MAP out of range? Thanks in Advance,

Sounds like something is inhibbiting the VGT to actuate. If your low ref from VGT to PCM checks good I dont see what else it could be other then PCM OR something inhibbiting it. As for what I have no idea. Maybe volt drop test the low ref circuit just to be sure?
