No start and frustration

Have early 03 6.0 (12/02 build) with 180,000m and except for 1 injector at 70,000 and an alt at 160,000 it has been trouble free. Two weeks ago in morn it would turn over but not start, set all day, temps got to 108 outside and it fired right up. Got it to the ford house (my programmer showed no codes) and two weeks later I've ended up with a cleaned turbo, and 3 new injectors ($1900). Picked up the truck in afternoon, drove home, next morn had the same no start and towed in to ford. They say it starts for them and they are running more tests?! Any ideas, new mechanic maybe?

??????????

Well, lets see. You have your original complaint, they charge you $1900 for repairs, and you still have your original problem. I would blow a gasket if they didnt apply that money to the actual repair, and do it in the showroom in front of others, jk. Call fords customer service line and complain. Tell the dealer you want your original parts installed, since they did not fix the truck. Turbo cleaning is a pain in the ***, but should only cost a couple hundred bucks , tops.

Same problem here

I have a 05 f350 with 24,000 miles 3 months ago it started this same problem at first it started after the third try with the key.It always started with the first bump of the key. Last Thursday at the walmart parking lot it failed to start at all. The repair shop said the O-rings under the valve covers(?) need to be replaced and the fuel pressure sensor not sure what all this means yet except that it came with a $1,468.00 price tag and wont be ready till next Monday

Ford called with news that they replaced FICM and all is well, going to keep overnight to see if it starts in the morn. Didn't say if they were going to charge me and I didn't ask, thanks for the replies, let you know if this was the fix, and if the other fixes were bogus repairs.
