Even if that were taken with a lonnnnnnnnnnng lens, and considering the compression from the lonnnnnnnnnnng lens, the right wing of the 737 (looks like a 200 series) would be through the 'bird' that is banking away!
(Can't tell what kind of plane that is. Main landing gear is not familiar.)
The only chance of that happening would be during take-off or landing. And I don't see any gear out. And like said above, that 737's wing would no long be attached.
