central hydraulics
I have a 96 f350 powerstroke. I recently got a 92 with a 7.3L with central hydraulics, and i want to put on the 96. It looks like the best thing to do is remove the dummy pulley where the a/c would go. I think it can be done with a flat plate to mount it on, as the pump is foot mounted. Anyone have any experience with this?

By central hydraulics I assume you mean hydraulics for like winches and hydra cylinders? Is it run off the belt of the 92? If so I would say there should be no problem with that. The only issue I can think of is 92's are v-belt and the 95 is an 8 rib serpentine belt. you will have to change the pulley on the pump.

Be carefull of belt rotation. I assume the pump could only rotate in one direction to work. Even if it is placed in the same location as the 92, if the serpentine belt loops over the pulley on the wrong side it would cause it to rotate backwords. An example is water pumpes for 5.0L engines, the pump rotation is different between v belt and serpentine.
