central hydraulic stalls my motor

first off hello im new here! i just bought a newer truck its a 2007 f550 with central hydraulics (first truck i have ever had with them. new to it) it has the v10 engine in it. auto transmission. the problem im having is when im plowing snow it will stall my motor when i raise the plow or right when i go to raise it and put it in reverse. is this common? has anyone had this problem before? also when i hit the power take off to run the plow/salt spreader/ bed it whines ALOT is this normal? like i said im new to this any help will be appreciated.

Howdy tvnoober, welcome to FTE!

I'm largely unfamiliar with these kinds of systems, but my best guess is that the pump is placing too much load on the engine for the PCM to react in time. Which engine does it have?

it has the 6.8 v10 its a gas job. i heard to many problems and horror storys about diesels so i decided to go with gas. it was a township truck. super clean to be honest, thats why i bought it.
