I ran three tanks of fuel through my truck and I am happy to say that my tuner has improved my mileage a little bit. I used 58.6 gals to go 1937 kms, which works out to 20 mpg and that pretty much covers every type of driving I do.
That`s better than my 18.5 mpg in the 05/6.0. I`m happy as this was at 120 to 140 kph on those two trips.
Sadly to say I was driving it pretty much like I stole it at those times, usually I don`t cruise quite that fast, more like 110 to 120 max.
I didn't have any long trips but most of the time I'm around 110. I also towed a 30' camper for a friend, took a combine header to Weyburn and towed our PT combine over to Rouleau and then just back and forth to work and trips to MJ and Regina.
Well on the last trip to Melville. I did a mileage figure. This was highway and towing a trailer empty and with a van back loaded. My guzzler got me 11mpg. Itweaked it a bit before the trip. Before that I was getting 6MPG. This is my 86 extcab truck.
I'm jelous of the mileage you guys get.
My truck has always been good on fuel but I was pleasantly surprised when I did the calcultions because I have been a little harder on the gas since i got the tuner

The tunner should give you better mileage but then it`s harder to keep your foot out of it.
the foot is the only true governor of MPG. i was talking to a guy not long ago with an '08/6.4 kingranch F350. he said he's getting 15-17 around town, and 21-23 on the highway if he keeps his foot out of it. i'm thinking thats not too bad for a big truck!!
On the highway with my stock 7.3 IF I keep to the speed limit, I can get 25mpg (canadian) regularily. Ive been on tons of trips to edmonton and back, and there is always some factors, so these are ideal conditions (weather, good fuel, etc)
Towing my boat i get 17-20 depending on conditions, and IF I drive nice.
Once the foot starts going down though, I have noticed it does get thirstier, but I havent really figured out how thirsty.
My longest trip was 30 miles so I am interested to get it out on the highway and go somewhere. With my truck once I get over 2000rpm my mileage drops like a stone.
I would like to get out on the road and drive for a day just to see what it would do. It seems like it takes about an hour just to get it warmed up good and then it really starts to hum.
