95 ford f350 4x4 ujoint change on front end

Whats the best way to change ujoints on front 4x4 unit ?Both sides are bad pass and driver side, do i have to remove hubs or does someone have a easier way?

yes. hubs have to be removed. As well as everything from the spindle outward. Then you need to pull the front diff cover and remove the pinion bolt, pinion shaft and axle C clips, then slide the axles out
