new to the site..... I have a few questions about removing the fenders on a 93 F-150. How many bolts are there to remove? were are they? pics would be appreciated. So far i found the bottom one and two that are on top of the lights. thanks
two are up by the cowl
one is at the bottom near where the door meets
on is inside the door opening( will need at least a 12" extension)
two more on top connecting to rad support
two more behind the headlight trim( see this post to remove that trim)https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...placement.html
then the 5-6 screws holding wheel well to fender
hood Hinge bolt inside fender
2 blots holding shone shield to fender in the front
Anything screwed to the fender
If so you have to remove the grill and headlights, battery tray, washer fluid resovoir, and anything else attached to the inside of the fenders. Also remove the front bumper and trim piece between the bumper and grill.
There is a bolt hidden between the door hinges(open door to access it).
Bolts around the plastic inner fender and wheel well.
Bolt at bottom of fender by the door and top of fender under the hood.
There are bolts behind the headlights.
There are also bolts attaching the front trim to the fender.
