2003 Navigator LLS not working

2003 Navigator LLS not working
Thanks in advance for any & all advise.
My Navi leaks fluid from just inside the rear left tire...it seems like it is coming from somewhere near the shock.
The truck is in the full upright poosition, & will not lower itself like it normally does after turning the truck off.
Also, the compressor isnt running.
Could I be leaking some kind or hydrolic fluid for the LLS & maybe it has all leaked out, thue, the compressor wont run?
