I have a 03 F250 with 50,000 miles on it. This is my first diesel. It has ran fine have put over 5k miles on it. Went out this am to move it and it wouldn't start. Turns over fine, oil is fine, check engine lite stays on, glow plug lites go out-just turns over with no indication on the tach. I replaced the CPS still no start. I've checked the fuel pump this is ok-putting out fuel. I've swapped the Injector driver module relay with another and it continues to keep clicking. If I remove the Powertrain EEC relay it stops clicking and starts clicking again as soon as I put the Powertrain EEC relay back in. I am lost. Please help me, I suppose to leave on a trip tomorrow morning. Thanks
Sounds like bad batteries. Summer heat will take its toll on them. Could also be dirty/corroded terminals. I would also check to make sure your alternator is working properly especially if you plan on a trip.
