Gas Pedal
I am having an issue with the go pedal. The last few times I have started my truck the gas pedal has not responded to any pressure applied. The truck starts just fine, idles fine. when I push on the pedal the first time to start driving nothing happens. After i pump it once it comes back to life as though nothing happened. It sounds like a TPS issue but i am not sure why it would only quit for that first push. There are no issues after that. Operates normally under regular driving. Would the TPS throw a code for something like this? I do not have the ability to read codes but could find somebody to do that if need be. Any suggestions are appreciated.
