I bought this truck a couple of weeks ago. It has a Orileys crate engine with less then 4000 miles. It did a slow start on the front tank but would run fine on it you use the rear tank to start then switch over. Now it has out running all together. It turns over acts kinda like it wants to start if you mess with the gas pedal but diesels and dies. My first thought was the cat was clogged so I cut it loose. I cleaned the air intake valve. Then I ran the codes it came back with 23 and 33. I replaced TPS and it did nothing and the EGR is new. The distributor is new as well as cap, rotor, wires ect. The trans shifted kinda hard after doing some reading in here that why I thought it was the TPS.

Thanks in advance!!!!
Did you replace the ignition parts before the no start or after? If the guys here taught me anything, it's that just because a part is new, doesn't mean it's not faulty/bad...your problem with the front/rear tanks makes me think it's fuel related, but I'll let someone who's a lot smarter than I am give you better advice. You need three things: Fuel, spark, and air
A 1995 F350 should have three digit codes. The exception would be if it has a C6 transmission. "Code 33" is most likely System Pass Code 111, then repeated. The latter is frequently misinterpreted as two digit Code 33 (111 pause 111).
