The Ford tag reads C5PF-6005-A, options SO-54900, serial 37695-R8KR. Clearly marked with Ford Industrial stickers. I looked at the block casting number, but haven't written it down. It's def. a big block, a good bit longer than my 200. Came out of a combine I was told. "runs" but I never believe that till I hear it. Would make a good engine for another project, but I have no use for it in my little 66 half cab. The belt setup doesn't look stock, but everything is there, all pulleys and belt.
The industrial (and marine) parts catalogs are not the same as the car/truck parts catalogs
There is no Ford car/truck part number of 6005.
C5 = 1965. If it is a 240, it was used thru 1974 virtually unchanged.

Yea, the 6005 didn't make sense. I found some ref to this engine but only for a couple of parts like the carb and some farm equipment, generators and such. The belt setup/pulleys/PS might prove usefull to someone. Thanks for the help.
