I have an '86 converted 250 crew cab that's currently undergoing a dramtic makeover. Nevermind the lowering or lifting - too many other parts you need for adjustments. Instead I'm doing the design and construction of the body kit for a killer looking tow vehicle. A few add ons here and there'll make it something unique. And keep your lines open stosh - I might be calling you for some parts myself.
Well I've got a new front Gas tank to throw in and I'd like to clean up the frame a little before I put the box on.
Has anyone ever used Rust Bullet?? Seems like a good product, and it would be cheaper than blast and paint around me. Any suggestions?
And I think I'm going to sand and primer everything before I put all the new parts on. Gotta get someone to take some dents out since I'm not real good at body work.

I have never used any of that rust - reversal - conversion - cover up crap.
I personally don't see how ANY of that stuff can turn rust into something other than it is .... rust.
Sandblasting or some other type of media such as Black Beauty is the only thing that will get rid of rust IMO. Electrolysis would be another choice, but you'd have to strip your entire frame down to nothing and have it dipped.
Dove C heads and a 429 SCJ intake manifold . The heads have been gasket matched and I'm pretty sure that manifold can just about flow a baseball through it.
Anyone see any problems with just bolting these on with out any other mods?
