New Guy with a project...
Well I've been a member for a long time but haven't been real active. I think that may change with my new acquisition. Last week in a moment of weakness I got nostalgic and decided to reunite with my old high school flame. She's not the exact truck, I had a 85 F250 Reg cab Custom with a 300 and a 4 speed. This "New" truck is a 86 Lariat with a 460 and an auto. I always wanted a big block 
As you can see the list is long of parts needed. I plan on making it look respectable right now and throwing on some cheap paint since I don't have a lot of cash to throw at her. Right now for sure I need a box and tailgate if anyone has leads on them. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Tonight I picked up a new carb. Brand new never had gas in it Street Avenger 670, with fuel line, pressure gauge, spacer and kickdown. I almost feel bad putting something this nice on this truck!!! I really appreciate people who are willing to barter.

More work done today, but not by me 
Flagged down a couple of junkers in the neighborhood and told them they could have the box if they took it off. It wasn't easy, especially with a hefty old gooseneck ball and plate. And it was all rusty as hell!

I've got a truckload of rust free parts coming from Texas! Another big score, the guys prices were really good. Obviously shipping makes it less of a deal, but I got lucky and piggy backed on another load coming this direction.
So I've got a bed and tailgate, both complete lariat doors and front fenders. Didn't need both doors or the fenders but his prices were so good I took everything since it all come off the same truck. I'll have pics on Friday.
