I have 95 f150 with a Mazda 5spd man I recently had the complete clutch, slave, master cylinder replaced. about 3mo after I started having trouble getting in to gear from neutral also creeping when on level ground and no roll back when on a hill it only happened when I stop but not all the time. I have had it back to the shop 4 time since and they have replaced the master again and the line and didn't help. they then said it was an internal problem so they rebuilt the tranny which coast my $950., the shift forks were getting bad. after I got it back seamed to be good for about a week but it started acting up again so I did a few tests of my own when driving down the road I can shift up or down no problem. when I have the problem if I shut the engine off before the motor stops spinning it will go in to gear very smoothly or if I rev it up it will go in to gear. I've tried getting it in to gear while in neutral with the clutch out and its the same feel I get when I have my trouble. any suggestions will help.
The problem you describe sounds like my 1994 clutch - difficulty shifting into gear from neutral, creeping, etc. The culprit was the slave cylinder leaking. Even though yours was recently replaced it could have been bad new or failed already. They are not easy to replace since the tranny must be removed, may be why the master cylinder and line were replaced by the shop. Both are easy access and don't require tranny removal. Your clutch could have worked for the week until fluid seeped far enough to allow air in the line or slave cylinder.
