transmission sensor location?

Cruise control? what for? I've got to tie one to parking brake (gnd) and one to reverse so the unit knows when I'm backing up. Guess I just don't understand what you would have tied to cruise control for, or does that have a reverse sense?

BTT.
I think I found the sensor down on the tranny, which brings up another question.
Is there an easy place to tap into the Black / Pink striped wire for the reverse lights up near the dash? That seems easier than running a new wire up from the transmission at this point.

Mine is also tied to the backup lights as it turns on the backup camera when in reverse. Does yours have the option for a backup camera?

Where did you tap the lights? I'm hoping there's something close to the dash instead of running a wire all the way from the back!

I am sure there is someplace, but since I was working on changing the sub at the same time I tied into that wire back by the sub.
