6.0 Diesel idling problem. Please help
I have a 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty with the 6.0 Diesel. I am having a problem with idling and power when its first started, even in warm ambient temperatures. I start the truck and it idles rough and sputters a little bit. When I start driving I can hear the turbo wind up but there is absolutely no power. It will barely accelerate. Sometiems it will have trouble staying running after I put it in Drive. After a few minutes the truck goes to normal and has alot of power and idles perfect. Diesel parts are expensive and I am unsure of what the problem could be. Your help would be appreciated.
