Sorry I do not understand either question.
The pinouts for the ECU, EEC or PCM computers for the 5.0 are all in the same location on the plug for the OBD I.

The harness should be on the front of the ECU in the engine compartment with a 10 mm bolt head.

good GND 40 & 60

Yea, thanks SUB. I knew the harness was held on by a bolt, but didnt comprend to check engine side of the firewall. I felt like a meat head when I found it, since I was tuggin on the computer for 5min, before i thought to check. DUHh

Sounds that way but you could have one chip bad in the computer (you can open it up to look) the one that grounds pin #22.
Others have drove this way with a toggle switch on pin #6 of the test connector to ground.
But I would not recommend it for safety reasons.

For S&G i ohm'd out the pins on both & the green one has a 65ohm short pin#1-2... Brown is reading 1.5 Mohm same pins

I'm assuming these pins are the coil, & should be the same.
Green one bad?

I would think they would be close to the same. I think one of the two relays is rated at a little higher current capacity then the other.

sub u called it, computer problems.!
opened it up & found a cap bad. I ran up to Radio Shack, thinking a fix was close....But, once i got it soldered in. i noticed an ic chip hiding behind a vertical PCB with a few pins that were also toasted. All the parts stores have to order it. So I'm hoping Rusty Acres (a local ford only parts yard) has one I can use.
You don’t happen to have a schematic of the EEC do ya? I'm curious if I did anything while I was working on the fuel system to cause the failure.

Figures, more money out of pocket, just to sell it. At least I did fix the annihilated gear on the passenger side window motor.

As far as I know there were at least three different manufactures making the computers for ford and from what I can gather they all used a different diagram to make the same thing. You can open two up with the same part number and program number an they will be very different. They will even use different chips and chip manufactures.

Here is a diagram of the circuit you have been working with from one computer:
