4.6L Engine swap from Romeo to a Widsor Engine
I have a 98 Expedition with a 4.6L Romeo engine that went tight, so I have axcess to a 4.6L Windsor engine out of a 98 F-150. I know the mechanical differences, and I got the transmission with the Windsor engine so I won't have to worry about the 8 bolt crank. My main issue is will all the wiring/computer be the same between the too? or will I have to get a new harness/computer?

Interestingly enough, the shop manual that I have doesn't make note of any differences mechanically or in the electrical schematic for the pickup engine versus the suv engine, so (since you already know you need the tranny also) it looks like a bolt & go from an electrical standpoint.
let's see what the rest of the group thinks (As it's already been proven today that I'm wrong on occasion ) and either way I would still get a second opinion from mine!

Everything should plug right in with no changes at all.
You don't need the entire trans from the F150-only the flexplate.
