Romeo vs Windsor

Have an 02 F150 with a Windsor 4.6L. The engine is locked up. Can I swap a Romeo 4.6? What is, or isn't interchangeable?

A romeo really will not fit. there are some differences. Better off to find a windsor. I went through this too
