I was just thinking about this after reading some of the other posts about spark plug issues.
I picked up plugs at Autozone - they are the "OEM" Motorcrafts (according to AZ's computers, which have been wrong 5 times this week) but I noticed that they are platinum tipped, and cost me about $6 a piece. Is there a cheaper truck plug with a standard tip that I should be looking for?
I'll crutch my way out to the garage and see if I can find them and let you guys know what the number I ended up with were. (yeah, foot suregery REALLY sucks, and REALLY hurts, but oxycodone is good )
Edit - the plugs I got from Autozone are Motorcraft SP-432 (AGSF32FM) According to the manual, I've got the wrong ones. Big friggin' surprise, another trip to autozone to return stuff.

Nope, use the exact one that are specified. The OEM ones are rated for 100K miles. The cheaper ones will have to be changed more often. In a case like this, cheap comes out expensive.
"A government advisory panel voted Tuesday to recommend eliminating prescription drugs that combine acetaminophen with narcotics -- such as Vicodin and Percocet -- because of their risk for overdose and for severe liver injury."
That's the problem - I can't confirm which ones are actually correct. Book says Motorcraft AWSF-22E but I don't know what the equivalent part# is and the autozone site only lists with their part numbers.

Percocet is the oxycodone + acetominephen. This one is just straight oxycodone.
I can see how you could OD on these monsters. after a couple rounds, you almost forget who you are! I usually do pretty good with pain management and don't screw around with meds, but man this surgery is the most painful thing I've ever been through. Not sure how I'd get through it without the good meds this time, and yay for me, get to have it done to the other foot in 2 months!

I have the same problem since you didn't list your year and engine size.
Now you're making me nervous. I have to go for some "simple" surgery on both feet this summer. Sounds like I'll be spending some time limping around myself.
It works perfectly well for anyone who knows what they're doing.
Aha - their vehicle menu doesn't like Mozilla. Worked fine in Internet Exploder though. It kept refreshing back to the year when I was on it last night.
