hard 2 start

my truck is starting like its january and i didnt plug it in

we need more details. do you get any smoke when it starts, any rough idling? was it fine before and it just happen?
what year is the truck?
and does it spin slow ? or it just wont start and it spins freely?

BTW plug it in and see how it starts
#2 Glow Plug Relay might be a suspect too.
#3 how old is the oil in the truck?

starter or batteries. check the voltage on batteries while cranking( BTW how old are they) and it should be minimum 10.5v, if you getting less time for batt, if its around that or more - time for new starter. did you check all the batt cables and connections ? make sure they tight and not corroded...

I don't think glow plugs would be an issue this time of year. Check all of your connections for tightness and corrosion. You may have a starter going out. Did this happen at once or has it been getting worse.
