Hey guys, just a little something I never thought I would have had to worry about when I bought My project 46' dump. What color to paint it? Since I bought My truck I've noticed in My small town of about 30,000 people, a red dump just like Mine, an olive green dump that is similar, and a dark green stake bed. I never realized there were still so many old trucks around this rust belt. I just don't want Mine confused with someone else's truck. Dan

We thought the same thing when we bought our 41. Seemed like after we got it, they were everywhere. The one thing we noticed though was that they were either painted hot rod colors (red, orange, lime, yellow) or basic blacks. We opted for the original olive color because we have yet to see one our our body style.

I personally like the color blue that is on your 46 now. Maybe set it off with black running boards and a black frame. Guess it would really depend on what look you're going for. Either the bright "here I am" or subtle head turner. Either way, its gonna turn heads.

Nice truck btw.
