Differential seal change

I need info on how to change the rear diff. pinion flange seal. Torque values and procedures will be helpfull, including info on the crush washer. Thanks

Differential seal change

You need to follow the procedure in the shop manual. Breifly you have to get an inch-lbs torque reading before disassembly, and restore that reading during reassembly. I've done it but it has taken me more than one crush sleeve on more that one occassion because it ain't easy to get right.
