recently took leo (my truck) on a road trip and became very annoyed and concerned with the front end vibration i get at around 110-120kmh... ive had it for a while and have been slowly changing parts trying to isolate the problem.
It feels as though it is coming from the front pass wheel. most comments i have entertained have been that the wheels are unbalanced, but i got them balanced the morning before i went on the road trip. another comment was the my axel U joint may be hooped...
curious to any and all comments or suggestions... as well as any info on how i tell if the u-joint is toast?
shocks appear midline... could be done but dont look like they need to be.. and the tires are wearing on the outer edge. i took it into the shop to get an alignment done and they couldnt do it for me because apperiently i need some special adjustment sleeve for the ifs int these trucks... so im trying ton locate some but not having much luck. but alignment should only affect steering and pulling..no?
